The choice is up to you to do with your life what you will.
If you chose to develop the talents you were given, rather than what you desire, you are sure to be on the right path. God has plans for your life, very good plans, and the choice is yours as to whether or not to allow God’s will into your life.
Remember that we all have only a short time here on earth, in this one life that we are given. We should all give our lives to the Lord God, but it takes time for many to come to realize this. Any time that we are given is from God, and He will not force anyone to do His Will. However, we can know that if we choose God, that He is well pleased and will give us a Way after death to a new life eternal with Him. See John 11:24-26

LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLD WATER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHWAP)
WARNING: In order to receive benefits from this program, you MUST owe money to the Water/Sewer company. This warning is NOT on the application. Even if you are approved of benefits and receive them, the Utility Company, such as IPL, may not apply it to your bill. However, in order to receive your benefits from most other Government Utility Assistance programs, you MUST NOT be overdue in your bill. This is a “CATCH 22” situation that you should be aware of. This effectively ensures that the most needy in our community WILL NOT receive full benefits.
